About Vitcofol Injection Vitcofol Injection is used to treat nutritional deficiencies. It is used to treat and prevent niacin deficiency (pellagra), folate deficiency, and vitamin B12 deficiency. Vitcofol Injection contains Folic acid, Cyanocobalamin/Vitamin B12, and Nicotinamide (vitamin B3).
