About Nebi H Tablet Nebi H Tablet is used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure) and reduce the risk of stroke in patients with high blood pressure. Nebi H Tablet is a combination medication generally used when a single medicine cannot control high blood pressure. Hypertension or high blood pressure is a life-long or chronic condition in which the force exerted against the artery wall becomes too high. It can lead to the risk of heart diseases like heart attack and stroke. Nebi H Tablet contains nebivolol and hydrochlorothiazide. Nebivolol is a beta blocker that works on the heart, particularly to lower heart rate and make the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body. The diuretic hydrochlorothiazide lowers blood pressure by removing excess water and electrolytes from the body. It also relaxes blood vessels and improves blood flow over time. You may experience nausea, constipation, diarrhoea, fatigue, headache, dizziness, decreased potassium level in the blood, increased blood uric acid, altered blood lipid level, breathlessness, swelling of hands & feet, paresthesia (burning sensation of the skin), decreased magnesium level in the blood, increased calcium level in blood. Most of these side effects of Nebi H Tablet do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects are persistent, reach out to your doctor. Do not take Nebi H Tablet if you are allergic to any of its components. Before taking Nebi H Tablet , inform your doctor about your medical history and other medications you are currently taking to rule out any potential negative effects. It is recommended not to take Nebi H Tablet if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
