About Deletus P Syrup Deletus P Syrup is a respiratory medication used to treat a cough with mucus, stuffy nose, sinus congestion, and chest congestion caused by the common cold. Bromhexine is a mucolytic agent that causes thinning of the mucus in the airways and makes it easier to cough up.
