At MedVista Pharmacy, your health, safety, and satisfaction are our top priorities. We aim to provide only genuine, high-quality products. Due to the sensitive nature of medicines and healthcare items, our return policy is designed to comply with legal guidelines while ensuring a fair resolution for our customers.

1. Non-Returnable Products
As per Indian drug regulations, we cannot accept returns of the following items once sold:

Prescription medicines

Cold chain (temperature-sensitive) products

Opened or partially used products

Products with tampered packaging or removed labels

Personal hygiene items (e.g., thermometers, nebulizers, masks)

2. Eligible Returns
Returns will be accepted only if:

You receive the wrong product

The product is damaged, leaked, or broken at the time of delivery

The product is past expiry at the time of delivery

3. Return Request Process
Time Limit: You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide: Order ID, product photos, and reason for return.

4. Refund Policy
Once your return request is approved and verified, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 working days.

For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer/UPI.

5. Exchange Option
Where applicable, we may replace the incorrect or damaged product instead of issuing a refund, based on stock availability.

6. Important Notes
All returned items must be in original sealed condition unless defective.

MedVista Pharmacy reserves the right to refuse a return if the claim is found invalid.
