About PAH 20 Tablet PAH 20 Tablet belongs to the group of medicines called phosphodiesterase type-5 (PDE 5) inhibitors primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction (impotence) in adult men. Additionally, PAH 20 Tablet may also be used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs) in adults to improve the ability to exercise and to slow down clinical worsening.

PAH 20 Tablet works by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis, thereby allowing the blood to flow into the penis when the person is sexually excited. Thus, PAH 20 Tablet helps treat erectile dysfunction. PAH 20 Tablet relaxes the blood vessels, increases the blood supply to the lungs and reduces the workload of the heart. Thereby, treating pulmonary hypertension.

You are advised to take PAH 20 Tablet for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending on your medical condition. In some cases, PAH 20 Tablet may cause side effects such as headache, nausea, dizziness, indigestion and stomach upset. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.

Do not take PAH 20 Tablet if you are allergic to any of the components or if you are taking nitrate medicines or riociguat (a drug used to treat pulmonary hypertension). PAH 20 Tablet is not recommended for use in children. Consult your doctor if you experience hearing or visual impairment. Avoid consumption of alcohol as it may impair your ability to get an erection. Taking PAH 20 Tablet after a heavy meal might take a longer time for the medicine to work; therefore, you are advised to take PAH 20 Tablet with light meals.
