Inflammatory bowel syndrome is an umbrella term describing complications that involve chronic inflammation of your digestive tract. Besides this, abdominal spasms are acute condition in which the abdominal muscles (abs), intestine, and stomach contract severely. Colospa Retard 200 mg Capsule contains Mebeverine that works by blocking calcium channels and muscarinic receptors on the smooth muscle, which cause muscle contraction and pain sensation, thereby stopping sudden muscle contractions (spasms) and reducing abdominal pain caused due by spasms, cramps, and gas formation, bloating, and discomfort.
