About Alcoliv Tablet Alcoliv Tablet is used to treat alcoholic fatty liver disease and alcohol intoxication (disturbance in mental function or behaviour during or after alcohol consumption). Alcoholic fatty liver disease describes medical conditions and their corresponding symptoms which develop due to liver damage caused by alcohol misuse and abuse. When the disease arises, it may not lead to any symptoms in the early times until the individuals liver has undergone widespread damage. Alcoliv Tablet contains Metadoxine, which is an antioxidant. Alcoliv Tablet works by preventing the liver from harmful chemical substances. It enhances the elimination of alcohol from blood and tissues, which leads to faster recovery from alcohol intoxication, hence preventing liver damage. Take Alcoliv Tablet as prescribed by your doctor. You are advised to take Alcoliv Tablet for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending on your medical conditions.
