Schizophrenia is a mental condition in which the person may feel, hear or see things that are not there, believe things that are not true, or feel unusually suspicious or confused. INVEGA SUSPENSION 100MG INJECTION contains ‘Paliperidone’ that works by blocking the effects of chemical messengers in the brain (i.e., dopamine and serotonin), thereby helping improve mood, behaviour and thoughts. INVEGA SUSPENSION 100MG INJECTION elevates the symptoms of the disease and prevents them from recurring. INVEGA SUSPENSION 100MG INJECTION is for intramuscular injection only. It should be given by experienced healthcare professionals. In some cases, you may experience common side effects such as injection site reactions, sleepiness or drowsiness, feeling restlessness or needing to be constantly moving, dizziness, abnormal muscle movements including tremor (shaking), uncontrolled involuntary movements, shuffling and abnormal movements of your eyes. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently. INVEGA SUSPENSION 100MG INJECTION is restricted to use in people who are sensitive to paliperidone, risperidone, or any excipients in the formulation.
