1. Return Window
 
Returns are accepted within 3 days of product delivery for the following reasons:
•Damaged product
•Wrong item delivered
•Expired medicine
•Prescription mismatch (in case of regulated medicines)
 
2. Non-Returnable Items
 
Due to safety and hygiene standards, the following items are non-returnable:
•Opened or used products
•Cold-chain medicines
•Personal care and hygiene products
 
3. Return Process
 
To request a return:
•Email us at support@medvista.in with your order ID, issue, and photos (if applicable)
•Once verified, we will arrange a pickup or request you to ship the item
 
4. Refund Timeline
•Refunds are processed within 7 working days after the returned item is received and verified
•Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or via UPI/bank transfer
